6. Payment

At Relocation for Canada, we accept various payment methods to facilitate your transactions. The following are the major payment methods that we currently accept on our Site:

Visa: We accept both Visa credit and debit cards for payment.
MasterCard: We accept both MasterCard credit and debit cards as a payment method.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Definitions Digital Download – instant-access files delivered immediately after payment (e.g., Job Bank E-book). Single-Session Service – a one-off meeting or assessment (e.g., Eligibility Assessment, 1-on-1 Consultation Call). Multi-Session Package – a service delivered in two or more milestones or coaching calls (e.g., PR Application Coaching). Third-Party Fees – costs paid to external bodies (e.g., IELTS exam slots, WES/ECA fees, courier or embassy charges).

7.2 Client-Initiated Cancellations Digital Download – cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before the download link is accessed: 100 % refund. After the link is accessed or 24 hours have elapsed: 0 % refund. Single-Session Service – cancel ≥ 48 hours before the scheduled start: 100 % refund. Cancel 24-48 hours before start: 50 % refund. Cancel < 24 hours before start or after the session is delivered: 0 % refund. Multi-Session Package – cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before the first session: 100 % refund. Cancel after the first session but within 14 days of purchase: pro-rated refund for undelivered milestones minus the greater of 100 USD or 20 % of the total order value. Cancel > 14 days after purchase or after the second session: 0 % refund. Important: Before initiating a chargeback, e-mail csr@relocationforcanada.com with your order number; we will acknowledge within 24 hours and, if eligible, issue any approved refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, sanctions-screening issues, or breach of our Terms. If we cancel before delivering any service, you will receive a 100 % refund of amounts paid for that order.

7.4 Non-Refundable Items • Third-Party Fees (exam slots, government filing fees, courier charges) • Bank wire charges, currency-conversion spreads, or card-network fees already incurred • Services fully rendered or digital products already accessed

7.5 No Outcome Guarantee All services are advisory only. Visa or job-placement outcomes depend on government or employer decisions; we do not guarantee approval.

7.6 How to Request a Refund E-mail csr@relocationforcanada.com with your order number, product type, and reason. Provide any requested evidence (e.g., proof that a file has not been downloaded). Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days; further posting times depend on your bank or card issuer.

8. Permitted use

By accessing and using the Site and Services provided by Relocation for Canada, you agree to comply with these Terms and use them only for lawful purposes. You acknowledge that you will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in your jurisdiction. The mediation process will be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of a mutually agreed-upon mediation organization. Both parties will participate in the mediation in good faith and make reasonable efforts to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

If the dispute remains unresolved after mediation, any further legal action or proceedings shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Relocation for Canada is located. Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms or any contract between you and us shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

However, you are not permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent.

22. Force Majeure

Relocation for Canada shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labor disputes, extreme weather conditions, acts of war, fires, lightning, terrorist attacks, government orders or regulations, technical problems, disruptions in power, telecommunications, or computer communications, or any other unforeseen events or circumstances that render the performance of our services impracticable. In such cases, our obligations under these terms may be suspended until the force majeure event ceases. We will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event and resume normal operations as soon as reasonably possible.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Relocation for Canada regarding the subject matter contained herein and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, regarding the Site.
