We offer refunds within 14 calendar days of purchase only if the digital content or service has not been accessed, downloaded, or scheduled.
Once the content is delivered, opened, scheduled, or consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable as per Japan’s Specified Commercial Transactions Law.
